The slide comes with full extension movement plus two inches of over travel, to provide access to the entire unit. The thin design allows for flush-return and U-shaped flanges. new evaluation kit can be used to check that the company's TMC 428 miniaturized
stepper motor controllers are working properly. The kit supports all features

The controller can handle up to three stepper motors independently. Microstepping
and situation-dependent current control are said to permit precise and reliable
positioning. It relieves the CPU of all real-time critical back-end tasks

The MAV-2R and MAV-3R poppet valves, which are normally open and stem operated, have a rotatable side inlet that may be positioned to align with the outlet, or at any angle through 360 degrees. Both inlet and outlet are threaded 10-32 female. The 15/32-32 threads provided on the body may be used for panel mounting with the lockwashers and nut included. They also may be used to mount accessories such as pushbuttons, cam actuators, and pilot actuators. The valve's short length and side ports allow for installation in tight spaces. With its low force to operate and high flow, it can be used as a panel valve, limit valve, or pilot valve to actuate larger valves or pneumatic cylinders. |

The LVU-1100 ultrasonic noncontact micromeasurement system uses very small sensor technology to fit into applications where ultrasonic noncontact systems could not be used previously because the sensor was too large. The LVU-1100 consists of the transducer and state-of-the-art microprocessor-based electronics housed in a NEMA 7 explosion-proof enclosure. The microtransducer has a 3/4-in. NPT mount for ranges from 1 to 12 feet, and will fit into existing 3/4-in. fittings without retrofitting or modifications. It will fit into hard-to-reach spaces, such as existing capacitance system installations. The device features multicontrol function programming capability with programmable zero, span, and two-alarm setpoints. Alternatively, light source modules may be chosen to mount onto pre-existing
assembly systems. The modules include reflectors, power supplies, shields,
stands, and shutters. Featured are a 9-sq.-in.- wide area, moderate-intensity
flood reflector, a 5-sq.-in. focused flood, and a 1-in. by 6-in. focused
beam reflector. Each reflector may be operated by one of three power supplies.
The light sources are capable of curing most UV adhesives and coatings between

The blocks also include mechanically staked metal parts to ensure that the system stays wired correctly and to reduce the chances of being disconnected inadvertently. new HMC-22 and HMC-50 variable-speed horizontal motion conveyors are designed
to move fragile products with a gentle sliding motion. They use a
counter-rotating weight drive system in which the product remains stationary
as it is carried forward and then slides along the tray surface as the drive
reverses its action. Both models use a 1.5-hp or 3-hp variable-speed drive
capable of moving products at 40 ft./min. and have sanitary stainless steel
trays ranging from 12 in. to 24 in. wide and 5 ft. to 30 ft. long. The conveyors
can be suspended overhead or floor-mounted on pedestals. The single drive
unit can be located at either end or under the tray to accommodate limited
space requirements.

A built-in RS-232 port supports SNP, Modbus RTU Slave as well as serial read and write. Two built-in high-speed counters (10 kHz) provide an easy solution for high-speed applications. Program storage is 2K words of memory. The VersaMax Micro PLC is available in five 12 V dc models: a 23-point CPU with analog I/O, a 14-point CPU with dc or relay outputs, and a 28-point CPU with dc or relay outputs. Two new 14-point expansion units are available. Each model uses up to four expansion units and a maximum of 84 I/O and each contains an RS-232 port. In 30 seconds, up to 240,000 points can be mapped in the interior. Generating nearly 8,000 measurements per second, the result is a densely populated point cloud of spatial measurements, yielding an immediate and accurate 3-D representation of the scene. |
