to 55 gallons per 8-hour shift. After a unit has been shut down and allowed
to cool, sludge can be drained by opening a valve at the base of the

fast with no rewiring required. The new series features 21 operating modes.
Any one of the 10 single-function or 11 dual-function modes is selected by
transferring one or more of the six programming switches. Time delays are
available from 0.1 sec to over 1705 hr in eight ranges. Timing accuracy is
±0.1% and setting accuracy is ±1% over the full adjustment range. |

A simple low-cost replacement kit is all that is required to use the lubricator again and again with only minutes required to change the lube cartridge and battery pack. The standard size holds a lube cartridge containing 120 cc of lubricant. The Mega size holds a lube cartridge containing 240 cc of lubricant. |

The cg820 series bipolar gas-discharge tube has a mechanical outline similar
to a standard fuse, allowing it to be mounted within equipment using a standard
clip. When the tube is presented with a transient voltage, it acts like a
voltage-dependent switch diverting the transient to ground, not absorbing
the energy within the device as do diodes and varistors. The tube can handle
surge currents up to 20 kA. Nominal breakdown voltages are 90, 230, and 350
